This is my 6th pair of MBT's. I use them everyday to walk outdoors or on the treadmill and they initially helped me get rid of the cellulite on the back of my legs and butt and now I use them to just keep everything tight!

Great looking shoe! I really love red shoes! They tend to run wide for people who have narrow feet, but if you wear a thicker sock, it tends to feel a tad short, especially if you wear too thick a sock.
