Never thought I'd be writing a review on tennis shoes but these are amazing. I work in a dental office and am on my feet constantly. After 3 weeks my posture has improved dramatically, my lower back pain is history and already my legs are getting more toned. I wore them for 10 hours the 1st day and didn't have any problems. I do workout daily so that probably had something to do w/ that. I have been working out w/ them and that is where i have really noticed some soreness.. which is good! Highly recommend MBT's.

these shoes are the best in the world as far as ive ever experienced, the heavy sole acts as an ankle weight to make your legs stronger and the high sole forces a high arch into my feet which has been a struggle for me all my life being a flatfooted athletic person, a great training shoe, forces you to move slow and concentrate on each step, again a great trainer shoe, very easy to notice increased agility, speed, balance and coordination when im barefooted and with them on. awesome shoe, great idea about the mbt tech i love them, the only bummer is theyre definately expensive but quality and comfort comes at a price but is priceless to have better health, posture and coordination

MBT are great shoes! I have 3 pairs and they are so comfortable from the get go. No break in required and they have helped me with my hip. I walk better and have noticed no pain. Give them a try but remember they run a 1/2 size smaller. Thank goodness they have so many different styles, it is alittle narrower and fits perfect.

I wear my MBTs to work, to the store, anywhere. I know I'm giving my legs a good workout at all times. I purposely park my car far away so I'm always giving myself an exercise experience just running errands. And walking to the store is now something I look forward to doing.

Love these shoes.I have 2 pairs of casual shoes and one pair of sandals. Didn't really take me too long to get used to wearing them.They are very light. I noticed the soles on the sandals are higher than on the shoes and more curved and initially did make me feel a little unsteady but wear them all the time now.Great exercise for legs.The only drawback I find with them is that they are quite expensive.

I wear MBT to work 12 hours shift on my feet, walk the dog and for my easy hinking. MBT are great shoes..everyone must have...!!!
