Air Jordan went over the top when he scored more than 3,000 points in a season. He was continually making 37.1 points per game and set a new world record with 61 points versus the Atlanta Hawks. Michael played for the All-Star Game and was picked for the All-NBA First Team. Bruce Kilgore introduced a new sleeker design for the Air Jordan II (2). The low-tops were a great hit, and the Italian design gave Basketball shoes a new look. It may surprise many, but this is the only Air Jordan Sneakers that never came out in black color.
